It’s
nothing to be ashamed of being afraid of something. Being afraid what makes you
aware of potential outcome. It helps you from making conscious mistakes. Fear
is something that can improve your performance. However it is also possible
that you will be paralyzed by your fear.
It
is given that fear is a part of human experience, but where does it come from?
How do some people navigate through the fear and come out the other end not
only intact but even happier? Yes it’s possible because the best things in life
are on the other side of the fear.
When
you are scared your vulnerabilities come to life and challenge your body’s
automatic fight-or-flight responses. But instead of freaking out you should
step into your fear. The best way you can handle fear is being motivated by
something you can’t grasp yet, the thing which you are afraid of. It’s your
choice whether you avoid the thing or to look the thing that you are afraid of.
And to avoid something you are afraid of is not the solution, even once if you avoid
the same thing will come again and you have to face. So instead of running away
go and face. No matter how scary something may seem keep the goal in the mind
and move forward.

Every
beginning is difficult, but instead of what other people do look at it
objectively. First of all… Accept your fear, than keep on thinking how to
overcome it. Ask questions yourself: - What is holding me back? What’s the
worst that could happen? If the things remain the same how would I feel? So
just “breathe into the present moment”, “notice your feelings and thoughts”.
And the most important point is if you will run away from something just
because of your fear then you will regret for this your whole life. So the main
thing is you deserve to live a life of fulfillment and happiness. There will
always be challenges in your life, but using fear as your guide rather than as
your enemy will change how you tackle those challenges.
